Bath Time

So I put Logan in the big bathtub for the first real time. We tried it once before but he wasn't quite ready. Well I braved it by myself tonight and boy was it a wonderful success!! As soon as I put him down in the water, he went crazy with his splashing. We have little animals that squirt water, well he was splashing the water so much they kept floating away. I was alittle too scared so I kept putting them close to him, and of course he would splash and they would go away! We do need to invest in some non skid things for the bottom of the tub, because when it was time to get washed up he kept sliding all over. I thought it was probably long over due for him to be in the real tub, because he was all squished up in the little one :) Sorry there are no pics for this one. I didn't have the camera when he got in the tub!!

Also I have to throw in that Baby Molly Joelle was born today, and boy is she the cutest little thing. I'm soooo glad for my mom and that she was willing to watch Logan so I could go see Britt and Molly. She is so small. I can't even remember when Logan was that small, and it was only 7 months ago. I am also so thankful for Britt and our wonderful friendship for about 15-16yrs!! It's amazing that we have stuck by eachother for so long. I can't wait for Logan and Molly to grow up together!

Noisy little Boy

Logan's First Snow

Logan got to experience his first snow today. Unfortunatley I missed it because i was in class today. Cassie took him out and he loved it.

This is a good pic of Logan and Bear. Funny thing is Bear hates going outside when it is raining or snowing. But as soon as he saw Cassie take his little buddy out, he ran right out with them. Bear and logan are good pals now they are always together.

So here is a little video of Logan attempting to move across the floor!!! Unfortunetly, I have to use a dog toy as incentive for him to move! I think I am going to go buy him his own Kong to chew on. It must really make his mouth feel good! Well I hope you enjoy.

Delaware Trip

We were so glad that we were able to make it up to Delaware. Logan did pretty well for most of the time. Towards the end he started to get fussy because the day was so long.

Oma was so glad to see him. She tried to pick him up and was very surprised at how much he weighed! He enjoyed sitting with her too!

Well this is an ok picture of us! Logan was getting ansy and trying to slide off Oma's lap. He doesn't really like to be held for a long time. He was ready to get down and play.

Or he was ready to do this! He sure loves his Grandpa! Grandpa always knows how to make him laugh.

He loves it when Grandma plays on the floor with him. He likes to pick her nose :) and also feel her hair! It must be soft on his little hands!

And here is crazy Uncle Ricky and Logan. Mom had bought the antlers for Oma. Dan found them and thought it would be funny to put on Logan. Ricky agreed to put them on and take a picture! Logan also enjoys being around Uncle Ricky.

Logan did very well with Nanny! He always smiled at her whenever she talked to him. We were thankful that she let everyone come to her house so they could see Logan. It was very nice of her to feed us all dinner too.

Logan wasn't too sure of Brena at first. Whenever he would see her, he would scream. By the end of the night they were friends! He was sooo hot, that's why he doesn't have any clothes on. She got on the floor and was playing with him for quite awhile.

We were outside and she asked if she could have him. I told her she could hold him on the couch inside. She started taking her coat off outside so she could hold him. She then ran inside and sat on the couch and waited for me to bring him in. She thought that it was so wonderful that she held him!!!!

Growing way too fast!

Cassie is such a good mom and logan just loves her so very much. I'm so lucky to have such a good wife she always knows what to do if something is wrong with logan. She has helped me so much at learning how to be a good Dad. I hope I can be half as good a Dad as she is a mother. Cassie we Love you very much!!

Big Boy Logan

Logan is getting big and grown up sooooo fast! He is doing really well at sitting up on his own. He is pretty good until he starts to lean(or fall) sideways. He can catch himself if he starts to fall backwards. I'm sure he will be a pro in a few days or maybe a week. These were taken right before bedtime so he wasn't in the greatest mood. Thank goodness for yardsales! All of the toys in the pictures are from yard sales. I probably got all of the toys for the price of 1 new one!!

Christmas Tree

Here is our tall, skinny Christmas Tree! I'm sooo excited for Christmas to be here, even though I would REALLY like to see the Bennett's for Christmas :( We seem to put our tree up earlier and earlier every year! But hey, if Dan is willing to put it up I'm all for it.

Logan also loves our Christmas tree. Now that he is rolling everywhere, he gets himself all the way over to the tree. He loves to feel the branches. Thankfully, I remembered not to put any ornaments too close to the bottom!

So I had just finished feeding Logan, and I was cleaning up the bowl and spoon and I hear this funny noise! I went out to make sure he was ok, and he was just giggling and making this noise over and over again! Now he doesn't stop doing it! It appears he's going to be a typical boy :)

Logans First Rice Cereal

Here is a short video of our first attempt at giving Logan rice cereal!! He really liked it, and ate it very quickly. We were thankful we didn't have any trouble giving it to him. We just hope it continues to be this easy!!!

Cunningham Falls

We ventured out today to Cunningham Falls. We weren't sure how Logan was going to do though. We thought we could take the stroller on the trails, but thankfully we looked at it before we went. And thankfully I had the carrier in my trunk. Logan really liked going. It was a 1/2 mile each way up to the falls!!! I'm so glad Dan carried him, because there is no way I could've carried him!!

The falls must be suffering from a dry spell. There was hardly any water on them, but that's ok.

I think Logan would've liked it even more if he was facing forward. He kept turning his head all the way around so he could see the trees.

3 Months Old

Here are some random pics of Logan, hard to believe he is 3 months old already. Time is going by so fast. He is getting so big and has a great personality. Everyday it seems he is learning how to do more and more things.

Logan's First trip to the Beach

Here are some pics of Logan's first trip to Ocean City. It was very hot out so we did'nt get to do much, but we did get out to the beach one evening to get some pics with Logan. I dipped his feet in the water but he was not very impressed, actually he was pretty mad at me for about 1 second.

2 Months old!!!

It is so hard to believe that Logan is already 2 months old!!! He is growing so quickly. Everyone told me enjoy it while he's little, because it won't last.. well they were certainly right! I love being a Mommy! It was hard at first trying to get his eating straightened out, but now that we have it down pat it is much easier. Logan has just started taking regular naps during the day and only waking up every 4hrs at night!!!!! I also wanted to thank my mom and my sister for always only being a phone call away!! I don't think they realize how much they have helped me. I am so thankful to have them in my life. Dan has been such a wonderful husband and dad! I don't know what I would've done without him. Logan just loves his dad! His face lights up when he sees Dan or when Dan talks to him. It is so nice to have a great support system at home!!! Dan, I LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!
